1 1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp maple extract
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/3 cup finely chopped dried apple
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp active dry yeast
Place the ingredients in the order in which they are listed in a bread machine pan. Select the white bread setting and bake according to manufacturer directions. Makes 1 loaf.
